Welcome to Floating Falls! We are a specialized luxury suite that provides wellness and unique custom comfort for our guests. Our spacious one-bedroom with King Bed and secure parking has been thoughtfully curated with specialty items such as; Tempurpedic pressure-relieving mattress, choice of cervical pillows, and zero gravity adjustable massage recliner. This is a spacious and well-appointed layout with a spa inspired bathroom, Chef's kitchen with gas range burners and common amenities including; heated pool, hot tub, outdoor lounge and gym. You are within walking distance to all sites and attractions including the Parliament Buildings, popular upscale restaurants and fashion boutiques!

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.
Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.
Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.
No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).
