Well-appointed, stylish, brand new one-bedroom condo with a Queen bed and secure parking in the heart of downtown Victoria. Modern finishings and furniture add style and comfort during your stay. Our unique space features an open-plan layout, thoughtful decor, a private balcony, touches of exciting colour, and corner window views that allow cheerful light to flow through. Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 21 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Executive Rental: This suite is reserved for longer stays and requires a 30-day minimum when booking.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)
