Finally, the suite also has an in-suite washer and dryer with detergent, high-speed wifi + cable, and a secure underground parking space for guest convenience.

Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 21 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine). 

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)
Additional Notes
Amenity Access: Open daily, 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, with a temporary pool closure from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm for maintenance.

Cleaning Service: Guests rest easy in with the knowledge Clean Slate Victoria professionally services this space. This professional cleaning service provides outstanding care and attention to detail with enhanced cleaning protocols granting guests extra peace of mind.
