A part of the Monaco Condo, one of Victoria's oldest heritage buildings and initially constructed in 1888, developers sought to create a fusion between the city's industrial past and forward-thinking present, an effect they achieved by coupling modern updates such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and clever design that showcases natural architectural charms, such as the 12' high ceilings and incredible exposed brick.
A stylish two-bedroom + two-bathroom, our Artistic Heritage Suite has an open-concept layout that provides guests with a vibrant, art-forward aesthetic designed to blend functionality with style and comfort. Our suite features a queen bed in the master bedroom, as well as a high-quality and comfortable convertible sofa bed in the second bedroom, each topped with soft, high-end bedding. The master bedroom has a lovely ensuite washroom and walk-in closet. In addition, our space boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a dining area to seat six, high-speed internet access, and a smart TV for guest convenience. Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.
Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.
Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. Pets Welcome. Children Welcome.
No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).
Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)
