Each bedroom comes with buttery soft, high-end bedding, ample closet space, and two spa-inspired ensuites, not to mention a King bed and deep soaker tub in the master bedroom. The suite features an open-concept layout with large windows which allow natural light to stream in every corner. The fully equipped chef-style kitchen has granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with a rustic, modern dining area for six. Additional features include a secure, private balcony and a dedicated workspace in the second bedroom.

Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 24 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine). 

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)

Cleaning Service: Guests rest easy in with the knowledge Clean Slate Victoria professionally services this space. This professional cleaning service provides outstanding care and attention to detail with enhanced cleaning protocols granting guests extra peace of mind.

Construction Notice: Guests should be aware that Victoria is a growing city, and there is building construction next door, which guests will hear throughout the day during specific times. This is at the end of the building phase, and most of the building is complete.

Parking Clearance: 2.1 meters (6'8 ft.). The car elevator allows for a maximum of 205" (17ft) or 5.2 meters. (→ Note: Trucks do not fit in the elevator parking. Most large SUVs will fit. Please send an inquiry to discuss prior to booking if uncertain.)
