The Heritage Studio Loft features an open concept layout, professionally designed to blend functionality with style and comfort while accentuating natural charms, such as the high ceiling and exposed brick. The Suite includes a cushiony queen-size bed with a convertible sofa bed to provide additional sleep space. The Kitchen is fully equipped with premium stainless steel appliances and other high-quality cooking essentials. Moreover, in addition to the Suite itself, guests have access to the building's rooftop patio with an incredible panoramic view of the City. The Lesier Building likewise possesses some historical value; as the Canadian Register of Historic Places states, the building's "conservative high-quality High Victorian exterior and functionalist interior elements [reflect] the commercial success of its original owner."
