Our ultra-modern condo is located in Victoria's heart, steps away from all the city's best attractions. Located in the historic Janion Hotel, our new condo boasts all of the modern luxuries you are looking for. We have one of the largest and most unique one bedrooms as our layout spans the width of both the North and South side of the building. The Southside exposure provides cheerful brightness to our living room and amazing views of the sunset, ocean and Olympic mountains! In addition, you'll have the best shopping, dining and attractions at your doorstep. We are excited to host you!

Age Requirement: A guest must be at least 19 to make a reservation.
Cancellation: By confirming this booking, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. If you think there may be a chance of cancelling outside of the policy, we suggest obtaining trip insurance to help mitigate any loss.
Check-in: We offer self-check-in with a standard check-in window between 4:00 - 7:00 pm. If checking in past the standard time, please thoroughly read your ‘self-check in’ instructions and reach out with any questions beforehand, as we will not be available past standard check-in time. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum, especially in the hallways.
Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. Children Welcome.
No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).
Pet Policy: Our policy allows one small dog (under 20 Ibs) to stay in the suite upon our approval. Do not book before receiving approval for a pet. No cats allowed. A $75 pet fee will be added once we confirm your reservation.
Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)
