Welcome to our sophisticated executive suite in downtown Victoria! We are excited to offer this rare opportunity to stay in our unique and well-appointed one-bedroom townhouse condo. Our unit features a private terrace, along with an incredible communal rooftop patio overlooking the city. Our spacious one-bedroom condo is located in the townhouse section of the building and boasts a hotel-quality experience with added features such as; professionally cleaned and pressed linens, a modern-style kitchen and quality furnishings. Enjoy the proximity of being in the heart of downtown Victoria! Our boutique-style townhouse condo, The Yates on Yates Residence, is one of the most luxurious buildings in Victoria and is brand new.

Special features include; two televisions with wifi and cable, an EV charging station, high-end kitchen appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, in-suite laundry, secure underground parking, private BBQ, a rooftop communal patio, close proximity to all major amenities, a safe area.

Staying with us puts you at the center of it all. With famous landmarks, including the legislature building, the Empress Hotel, and Craigdarroch Castle, within reach, as well as whale watching, ghost walks, and local festivals, guests are immersed in the city's vibrant atmosphere. Upscale restaurants, fashion boutiques, and nearby green spaces like Beacon Hill Park and Clover Point offer endless opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. Discover the best of Victoria's attractions, culture, and natural beauty from this convenient and captivating location.
Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 22 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Executive Rental: This suite is reserved for longer stays and requires a 30-day minimum when booking.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. Pets Welcome. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine). 

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)

Pet Policy: Our policy allows one small dog (under 20 Ibs) to stay in the suite upon our approval. Do not book before receiving approval for a pet. No cats allowed. A $75 pet fee will be added once we confirm your reservation.

Cleaning Service: Guests rest easy in with the knowledge Clean Slate Victoria professionally services this space. This professional cleaning service provides outstanding care and attention to detail with enhanced cleaning protocols granting guests extra peace of mind.
