Our suite features a large terrace accessed from the living space that boasts incredible views of the city, mountains and ocean. An outdoor dining table and lounge chairs allow an intimate and picturesque experience. Guests sleep on a comfy queen-size mattress topped with high-end pillows and bedding; moreover, the couch converts into a high-end sofa bed to create additional sleep space perfect for children and friends travelling together. Additionally, the suite features a fully-functional kitchenette and dining table, complete with all basic culinary needs. For added convenience, the suite includes a high-efficiency, in-suite washer and dryer, along with high-speed WiFi and a smart television with access to your favourite streaming services.

Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 20 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine). 

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)
