Located in Sooke, our town motto is "where the rainforest meets the sea". We are excited to share this beautiful gem of a space in one of the island's most treasured areas.
As you enter the apartment, you'll immediately notice the attention to detail and the brand-new furnishings that create a modern and inviting atmosphere. The open-concept living area boasts ample natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to relax and unwind after a day of exploration. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for culinary creations, the chef-style kitchen boasting granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances, with an industrial-chic dining area.
The suite features two comfortable queen bedrooms, ensuring everyone a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom is a true oasis with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. Pamper yourself in the spa-like soaker tub or enjoy a refreshing shower in the separate shower area. The second bedroom also offers a peaceful retreat, providing privacy and relaxation for all guests.

Moreover, there is a secure parking spot, high-speed internet access and an in-suite washer-dryer for guest convenience. The pullout couch in the living room is double in size and can comfortably fit two children or one adult. Enjoy the fitness center located in the building also!

Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 21 years old in order to book.
Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.
Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.
Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. Pets Welcome. Children Welcome.
No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).
Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)
