The open-concept living area exudes a mid-century modern aesthetic with a level of sophistication.  Adjacent to the living room, a small private balcony extends the living space, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and soak in the surrounding views. Indulge in the ultimate comfort of the queen-sized bed furnished with a brand-new silk and snow hybrid mattress. Furthermore, the modern bathroom is designed with luxury in mind, boasting sleek fixtures, a rejuvenating rain shower, and premium bath amenities. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and ample storage space. Prepare delicious meals with ease and enjoy them in the stylish dining area. Moreover, this suite boasts many additional conveniences, including an in-suite washer-dryer, high-speed wifi, and secure parking with an additional EV charging station.

The building itself offers a range of exceptional amenities, including EV charging, a stylish outdoor common area complete with a BBQ and Firepit and convenient bike storage. WIFI, utilities, tv, music, secured controlled entry, and bike lock-up are all included in the rental.

Nestled in the heart of Victoria, Cook Street Village is a charming and vibrant neighbourhood. With tree-lined streets, quaint heritage homes, and a bustling main thoroughfare filled with boutique shops, cafes, theatres and restaurants, the village exudes a welcoming and bohemian atmosphere. Its close proximity to Beacon Hill Park and the Dallas Road waterfront provides residents and visitors with ample opportunities for outdoor activities and breathtaking views. Cook Street Village is a place where historical charm meets a thriving community. Our suite is close proximity to the Jubilee Hospital and is an ideal space for travelling nurses looking for ultimate convenience. On bus routes and just a 10-minute bike ride to Jubilee Hospital along the bike path, this condo has a walking grade of 96.
Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 21 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Executive Rental: This suite is reserved for longer stays and requires a 30-day minimum when booking.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)
