Situated in the heart of Downtown Victoria, our modern and calming Chinatown Suite is ideal for guests seeking to feel at home in the city. A part of the recently constructed Cityzen Building, this suite provides guests with the perfect blend of home-style comfort and modern city convenience, including an in-suite washer-dryer, cooking essentials, bathroom heated floors, high-speed internet and a lovely outdoor balcony for morning coffee. Experience Victoria's best from our walkable retreat and enjoy being close to the unique hidden alley ways in the famous Chinatown area located right down our street! 


The master bedroom provides ample closet space and a comfortable queen bed topped with professionally clean and pressed bedding. The suite has an open-concept layout that drapes the living area, allowing the living and dining areas to be in natural light. Moreover, the kitchen is fully equipped with premium stainless steel appliances and all cooking essentials. Those looking for leisure can take advantage of the suite's Smart-TV, which grants them access to various streaming services, or guests can simply relax while watching the world go by from the secluded, intimate balcony. Our lovely suite was designed with comfort in mind and we are thrilled to share this wonderful space with you. 

Staying with us puts you at the center of it all. With famous landmarks, including the legislature building, the Empress Hotel, and Craigdarroch Castle, within reach, as well as whale watching, ghost walks, and local festivals, guests are immersed in the city's vibrant atmosphere. Upscale restaurants, fashion boutiques, and nearby green spaces like Beacon Hill Park and Clover Point offer endless opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 19 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. We ask guests arriving past the standard window to carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions before they arrive, as our support team is only available until 7:00 p.m. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening be mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine). 

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine.)
Additional Notes
Cleaning Service: Guests rest easy with the knowledge Clean Slate Victoria professionally services this space. This professional cleaning service provides outstanding care and attention to detail with enhanced cleaning protocols, granting guests extra peace of mind.

Construction Notice: Guests should be aware that Victoria is a growing city, and there is building construction next door, which guests will hear throughout the day during specific times. This is at the end of the building phase, and most of the building is complete.
