Exposed brick and original heritage fir beams are the stars in this two-bedroom. Bright light soars through the large windows onto the living space and well-equipped kitchen. Everything you need to enjoy Victoria for work or vacation can be found here. There is a full bath on the main floor and a second bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs in the loft is a second bathroom and a spacious master suite with a king bed. Up one more flight of stairs is the patio overlooking Government St.

The main floor bathroom has a full-size bathtub and shower. There is in-suite laundry and good storage space in the hall leading towards the kitchen. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and offers lots of light. This room can be bright even at night because of the glass door. The kitchen boasts a gas stove and ample counter space for cooking. Basic cooking supplies like oil and spices are provided. Every utensil you should need is also provided for your stay. The living room has a gas fireplace, exposed brick and large windows looking down on busy Government Street. Games and books on the shelves are available for your enjoyment. Additionally, there is cable TV.

Staying with us puts you at the center of it all. With famous landmarks, including the legislature building, the Empress Hotel, and Craigdarroch Castle, within reach, as well as whale watching, ghost walks, and local festivals, guests are immersed in the city's vibrant atmosphere. Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 19 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. We ask guests arriving past the standard window to carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions before they arrive, as our support team is only available until 7:00 p.m. Moreover, we kindly ask guests arriving in the evening to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine). 

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine.)
