As one of Canada’s oldest, small-batch spirits companies, Victoria Distillers are influenced by history and driven by innovation. They are known for their Empress 1908 Gin, which has won international awards and was inspired by the legendary tea service at the Empress Hotel, featuring a blend of black tea and eight unique botanicals including the butterfly pea blossom which gives the gin its natural indigo colour! It’s a delicate yet opulent gin.

A wonderful small batch, craft distillery not be missed. Their winemaker and distiller, Ken Winchester is considered a pioneer in the craft spirits movement in Canada. Vodka created from strawberries, gin crafted from wine grapes, rum distilled from honey, and whisky from island-grown malted barley.
Sea Cider is known for their award winning ciders made from organic heirloom apples.
We love visiting their gorgeous tasting room which overlooks the beautiful James Island, offering breathtaking views. Our favorite cidery by far, we love “Wolf in the Woods”.
